This Privacy Policy explains how PRAESTIGIA (“we”, “us”) processes personal data in connection with this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) and Greek Law 4624/2019.
1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is ΕΠΙΦΑΝΩΝ ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΟΙ Ι.Κ.Ε. (trading as PRAESTIGIA), Athens, Greece. Contact: praestigia@praestigia.gr. Full statutory details are set out on the Corporate Publicity page.
2. What Data We Process — and What We Do Not
This website is deliberately designed to minimise data processing:
- No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
- The contact form does not transmit data to our servers. It prepares an e-mail in your own e-mail application; data reaches us only when you choose to send that e-mail.
- Our web-hosting provider may process technical connection data (such as IP address, browser type, time of request) in server logs, as is standard for the operation and security of any website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a technical request from your browser to Google's servers; no other third-party resources are loaded.
3. Enquiries by E-mail
When you contact us, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, company, the content of your message) in order to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a potential engagement.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
- Retention: Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and thereafter only as required by statutory retention obligations or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- Recipients: Data is not sold or shared for marketing. It may be accessible to our IT/e-mail service providers acting as processors under Article 28 GDPR.
4. Your Rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may exercise these rights by e-mailing praestigia@praestigia.gr.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), Kifissias Ave. 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
5. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, proportionate to the limited processing this website performs. The website should be served exclusively over HTTPS.
6. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
